We’ll begin with a short Cacao Ceremony to ground and open your heart. This ritual will help you set an intention for the session and settle you into the present moment, leaving behind the stresses of the outside world.

Next, you’ll be guided into a calming meditation, as you sink into cozy blankets and prepare to absorb the power of sound. The healing tones of my pure quartz crystal bowls, combined with soothing sounds of ocean waves, gongs, and more, will resonate with your body and energy centers, clearing any stagnant energy and restoring flow.

To amplify the experience, Olivia and Zoe will offer personalised Angelic Reiki, enveloping you in a supportive, high-vibration energy field, leaving you feeling calm, clear, and recharged.
